Path Builders USA exists to strengthen the local church by equipping pastors and Christian leaders with biblical training, discipleship resources, and practical tools to disciple others and build thriving, faith-filled communities.
We carry out this mission through two key approaches: formal biblical training and relational discipleship—both designed to equip leaders and multiply healthy, disciple-making churches.
We believe that when leaders are equipped, churches grow stronger—and when churches grow stronger, entire communities are transformed.
At Path Builders USA, we focus on developing leaders through two primary pathways—structured biblical education and discipleship-based training—so they can grow in their faith and effectively lead others.
We provide biblical training designed to equip pastors and emerging leaders with a deeper understanding of Scripture, discipleship, and church leadership.
Many leaders around the world don’t have access to formal education. We help bridge that gap by providing structured learning opportunities and practical ministry tools.
We supply essential tools like computers and internet access so leaders can study, teach, and stay connected in an increasingly digital world.
One of our key initiatives is establishing training centers—starting in the Dominican Republic—where leaders can gather, learn, and grow together.
Our mission is simple and clear:
To equip pastors and Christian leaders with biblical training, discipleship resources, and practical tools so they can multiply healthy, disciple-making churches.
We do this through both accessible theological education and relational, life-on-life discipleship, reaching underserved regions where leaders are passionate but often under-resourced.
Across the world, many pastors and leaders are faithfully serving without access to training, mentorship, or essential resources.
Discipleship is not just a program—it’s a lifestyle.
We believe real transformation happens when one person intentionally invests in another.
When discipleship becomes simple, relational, and reproducible, it spreads beyond the church walls—into workplaces, homes, and everyday life. This is how true multiplication happens.
We are actively working toward building a training center in the Dominican Republic—a place where leaders can receive hands-on training, access technology, and grow in community.
This training center will serve as our pilot program and proof of concept for a model we believe can be replicated in other regions around the world.
This is just the beginning.
