About Path Builders USA

Path Builders USA exists to strengthen the local church by equipping pastors and Christian leaders with biblical training, discipleship resources, and practical tools to disciple others and build thriving, faith-filled communities.

We carry out this mission through two key approaches: formal biblical training and relational discipleship—both designed to equip leaders and multiply healthy, disciple-making churches.

We believe that when leaders are equipped, churches grow stronger—and when churches grow stronger, entire communities are transformed.

What We Do

At Path Builders USA, we focus on developing leaders through two primary pathways—structured biblical education and discipleship-based training—so they can grow in their faith and effectively lead others.

Leadership & Discipleship Training

We provide biblical training designed to equip pastors and emerging leaders with a deeper understanding of Scripture, discipleship, and church leadership.

Access to Theological Education

Many leaders around the world don’t have access to formal education. We help bridge that gap by providing structured learning opportunities and practical ministry tools.

Technology & Resource Support

We supply essential tools like computers and internet access so leaders can study, teach, and stay connected in an increasingly digital world.

Building Training Centers

One of our key initiatives is establishing training centers—starting in the Dominican Republic—where leaders can gather, learn, and grow together.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple and clear:

To equip pastors and Christian leaders with biblical training, discipleship resources, and practical tools so they can multiply healthy, disciple-making churches.

We do this through both accessible theological education and relational, life-on-life discipleship, reaching underserved regions where leaders are passionate but often under-resourced.

What We Believe

Everyone Needs Salvation
Romans 3:23: "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."
We all have sinned and fall short of God's perfect standard.
The Consequence of Sin
Romans 6:23a: "For the wages of sin is death..."
Sin earns us spiritual death and eternal separation from God.
God’s Gift Is Salvation Through Jesus Christ
Romans 6:23b: "...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
Although sin leads to death, God offers the free gift of eternal life through Jesus.
Christ Died for Us
Romans 5:8: "But God demonstrates his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
God showed His love by sending Christ to die for our sins, even when we were undeserving.
We Must Respond in Faith
Romans 10:9: "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
Romans 10:10: "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
Salvation comes by believing in Jesus’ resurrection and confessing Him as Lord.
The Assurance of Salvation
Romans 10:13: "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Anyone who calls on Jesus with faith will be saved.

Why It Matters

Across the world, many pastors and leaders are faithfully serving without access to training, mentorship, or essential resources.

Without support:

  • Churches struggle to grow
  • Leaders face burnout
  • Communities miss opportunities for transformation

With the right support:

  • Leaders gain confidence and clarity
  • Churches become healthier and more impactful
  • The Gospel spreads through discipleship

Discipleship is not just a program—it’s a lifestyle.
We believe real transformation happens when one person intentionally invests in another.

When discipleship becomes simple, relational, and reproducible, it spreads beyond the church walls—into workplaces, homes, and everyday life. This is how true multiplication happens.

A Glimpse of What’s Ahead

We are actively working toward building a training center in the Dominican Republic—a place where leaders can receive hands-on training, access technology, and grow in community.

This training center will serve as our pilot program and proof of concept for a model we believe can be replicated in other regions around the world.

This is just the beginning.
